OnBrand Mail
Priced per mailbox, and only the ones we stamp.
A seat is a mailbox the platform actually signs. The count is reconciled against your directory every night, so leavers stop being billed without anybody filing a ticket.
Works with
- Microsoft 365
- Google Workspace
- 14-day trial
- Ten-user minimum
- USD, excluding tax
- Invoice or card
Prices in USD per user per month, excluding tax. Annual plans are billed for the year; monthly plans are billed each month and cost more. The minimum is ten users. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and nothing is charged until it ends.
What you are actually paying for
Easy to promise, harder to build — which is where the money goes.
-
Billed for mailboxes, not licences bought
The seat count comes from the mailboxes the stamping engine serves, reconciled against your directory nightly. Somebody who left in March stops counting in March. The portal shows what we bill beside what we see, so the two never quietly diverge.
-
Signatures apply on the way out
Not on a laptop, and not only in Outlook. A phone, webmail, a shared mailbox, a freshly reinstalled machine — all of it leaves with the current signature, because the signature is applied to the message rather than to the client.
-
Mail keeps flowing when we are wrong
Every failure path relays your mail untouched rather than holding it. One switch puts a tenant into bypass, and mail keeps moving unbranded while it is sorted out. Signatures are worth paying for; delivered mail is not negotiable.

Australian-owned, and we go first
Built and run by Trucell, hosted in Australia. Our own mail runs through the platform before any customer's does, which is the only product guarantee that costs the vendor something.
Questions people ask before signing
Straight answers on seats, trials, invoices and partner margin.
What counts as a user?
A mailbox the platform stamps. Shared mailboxes and aliases that send with a signature count; disabled accounts, resource mailboxes and anybody excluded by a rule do not.
What happens when staff join or leave?
The count is reconciled nightly and the change appears on your next invoice. There is no mid-cycle charge for somebody who started on a Tuesday, and no credit note for somebody who left on a Thursday — the quantity simply moves.
Is there really a ten-user minimum?
Yes. A tenant smaller than ten is billed for ten. The work of onboarding a customer — connectors, DNS, validation — does not get smaller below that point, so the price does not either.
Can we pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes, on any plan. Invoices are emailed with net terms rather than charged to a card. Tell us the terms your accounts team works to and we will set them.
What happens at the end of the trial?
The first invoice is raised, for the seats in use at that point. Nothing is charged during the 14 days, and a trial that is not taken up simply stops.
We are an MSP. Can we resell this?
Yes — that is who the platform was built for. Partners keep 15% of the prices above, and choose per customer whether we invoice you at 85% and you bill them, or they pay us directly and we transfer your share once they have paid. Read more for MSPs.
Start with a trial, not a proposal.
Fourteen days, your own tenant, your own mail. If it is not obviously better than what you have, nothing is charged and nothing needs unpicking.
